In DeKalb Co. Chancery Court Records:
James T. Henderson versus Robert Cantrell, Caroline Wade, Evaline Wade, William M. Wade, George Wade, Luella Wade, Timothy M. Wade, and Jesse Sewell. Robert Cantrell and William M. Wade were partners with the privilege of repurchasing. The said Wade died, leaving the said widow and minors as his heirs. After the death of the said Wade, said Sewell, by his agent, repurchased the land from said Cantrell. Said Sewell is indebted to the said Henderson for $446.87. Complainant dismisses his bill as to the widow, Caroline Wade, and the minors. The land is ordered to be sold by the clerk. 20 Mar 1857. (p.396)
